Weather:
We’re an outdoor venue. If we didn’t host performances in adverse weather then we wouldn’t be able to offer you our best – we are in Scotland after all! We won’t stop or cancel a show due to weather unless absolutely necessary, so bring an umbrella, wrap up warmly and enjoy the show in spite of it! If the show goes ahead we won’t refund tickets.
Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only offered under the very exceptional circumstances of a cancelled event. In this case money will be refunded via the payment method through which it was received less a £1 administration cost.
